Casey's attorney, Jose Baez, told Central Florida 13 there is no book deal.
In Florida, Orange County authorities have an interest in Casey's future income.
A hearing is scheduled to determine how much law enforcement can be reimbursed for the search for Caylee.
In July, Casey was acquitted of charges she murdered her 2-year-old daughter in 2008.
She went into hiding following her release from jail.
Last week, she was ordered to return to Orange County no later than August 26 to serve one-year probation on check fraud charges.
Her attorneys are fighting the court order handed down by Chief Judge Belvin Perry.
