BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) - The ex-girlfriend of the father of actress Lindsay Lohan was back in jail over the weekend.
Palm Beach County Jail records show 29-year-old Kate Major was arrested on several charges including battery on an officer and resisting an officer with violence.
According to records, she was arrested early Sunday morning by Boca Raton police and booked into jail at 3:10 a.m. before bonding out shortly after noon.
Major is the ex-girlfriend of Michael Lohan, who pleaded no contest in Florida late last year stemming from domestic violence charges. He was ordered not to have any contact with Major.
Major was arrested on a battery charge last year at Los Angeles International Airport.
