A Chicago law firm says it is representing the family of the Sea World trainer killed by an orca whale.
O'Connor Nakos Law Firm confirmed its representation of Scott Brancheau, husband of former Sea World trainer Dawn Brancheau.
Dawn Brancheau died in February, after an orca whale, named Tilikum, pulled her underwater during a performance.
The firm's website states that it handles cases for "injured persons, and wrongful death, and their families."
This news comes days after Sea World was hit with a $75,000 federal fine after an investigation into the theme park's actions surrounding Brancheau's death.
