ORANGE PARK, Fla. - No one is hurt, but a north Florida home is damaged after holiday fireworks sparked a fire Saturday.
Clay County Firefighters report flames shot out of the homes roof and quickly spread through the attic. The fire was under control in about 15 minutes, but much of the attic was damaged.
Officials say the fire started after the homeowner put used fireworks inside a trash can, causing the home's wood fence to ignite. There were no injuries.
