Florida man indicted for returning used enemas to CVS that were later sold to unsuspecting customers

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A Jacksonville man faces up to 10 years in prison after returning used enemas to a CVS store that were later resold to other customers, according to a The Florida Times Union.

Ronald Eugene Robinson, 34, was indicted on Thursday for the federal charge of using, resealing and returning as many as 12 enemas between April 10 and June 15, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.

He collected refunds for each enema, claiming they weren’t used.

The Florida Department of Health tested the bottles and found fecal matter inside.

Officials have notified 21 customers who may have purchased the soiled enemas.
