HOMESTEAD, Fla. (AP) - Michelle Obama is assuring kids and parents that hamburgers and chicken nuggets aren't completely off-limits as she chats about healthy eating and exercise during a town hall meeting in Florida.

The first lady took part in a WebMD town hall Friday at the Homestead YMCA as part of a three-day national tour to mark the two-year anniversary of her "Let's Move" campaign against childhood obesity.

Mrs. Obama said hamburgers aren't necessarily bad if they're grilled and served on a whole wheat bun. And she said chicken nuggets are better when they're baked, not fried. She also told the crowd that her daughters have learned that desserts are reserved for the weekends, not part of meals every day.
