ORLANDO - UPDATE: The missing child alert for 11-year-old Bill Noel was canceled around 3:00 a.m. Thursday morning. Authorities say the case has been resolved.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued an endangered missing child alert for an 11-year-old Orlando boy.

Billy Noel was last seen in the area of 3400 block of Soho Street in Orlando on Wednesday.

Noel is described as a black male, with brown eyes and black hair. HE is 4’0” tall, weighs 75 lbs and as last seen wearing a black t-shirt with red lettering, black shorts and sandals.
