LONGWOOD, Fla. - A former model and mother of a two-week-old baby is in jail without bond after she was found parked in a vehicle, allegedly high on crack while her newborn was in the backseat this week.
WFTV reports that Aurelia Kambic was arrested in a Big Lots parking lot near Orlando after a customer called 911 and said Kambic was sitting in her car with an infant and “stoned out of her face”. ( http://wfts.tv/YZY1HK )
When Police arrived, they said Kambic looked disoriented and was holding on to a crack pipe.
They tried to get her attention but she was still, and they had to knock on the car window three times before she wound it down.
Authorities gave the child to Kambic’s father, who says Kambic was off of drugs the entire pregnancy, but recently relapsed.
She is currently in Seminole County Jail and has been arrested on at least six different occasions.
