Casey Anthony files for bankruptcy protection in Florida

ORLANDO - Casey Anthony is apparently broke and has filed for bankruptcy.
Anthony filed the documents on the same day an appeals court tossed out two convictions against her for lying to authorities.
According to court documents, Anthony has $1,000 and is more than $700,000 in debt, stemming from the legal fees surrounding her trial for the murder of her daughter Caylee.
She was acquitted of those charges in July 2011. Anthony says she has been unemployed for four years.
