ORLANDO, Fla. - Charges are pending after authorities say a driver plowed into an accident scene in Orlando.

The Florida Highway Patrol says 28-year-old Eric Anderson didn't notice an accident scene ahead of him just after 2 a.m. Sunday and drove into the back of a stopped car.

FHP says 25-year-olds Ken Samsudean Jr. and Christopher Lacasse were involved in the first accident. Both, along with 32-year-old Ronald Dorsey who had witnessed the crash, had been standing in the inside lane of the road when authorities say Anderson crashed into them.

The Orlando Sentinel reports Samsudean suffered critical injuries. Lacasse, Dorsey and Anderson had minor injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
