TALLAHASSEE - The winning Powerball ticket from Wednesday night's drawing was sold at a Sweetbay Supermarket in St. Petersburg. The winning ticket is worth $50 million, or a cash value of $32.4 million.
According to the Florida Lottery website, "The winning ticket was purchased as a Quick Pick at Sweetbay, located at 2139 34th Street North in St. Petersburg. The retailer will receive $25,000 for selling the jackpot-winning ticket."
The winning numbers are 11, 13, 23, 43, 54, and 4 for the Powerball.
In all, there were 52,132 winners in the Florida lottery with ranging prizes.
This was the fifth time someone won the grand prize in Florida since the state began selling Powerball tickets in 2009.
The $50 million winner has not yet been identified.
