Dropbox can be used to move files around on a network without Windows and Mac issues, and permission problems are eliminated.
Presentations and anything you need backup copies of can be accessed while whatever device you choose while travelling or away from your personal computer.
The free version of Dropbox provides 2GB of space, which can hold a fair amount of documents, videos, pictures and music. You can always upgrade to 50 GB for $9.99 a month or 100GB for $20 a month.
