Apple (AAPL) throws tantrum after being ordered to give up HTC secrets

In the latest in the legal war between Apple and Samsung, the American tech giant has apparently thrown a tantrum over being ordered to reveal to Samsung its patent deal with HTC.

According to the Atlantic Wire , on Thursday a judge ordered Apple to hand over information about the patent deal to Korean company Samsung, a move that could potentially help Samsung's defense in Apple's attempt to get most of Samsung's biggest items taken off store shelves.

This apparently caused Apple to throw a tantrum in response and the company has sought the addition of more products to the list of Samsung devices they want taken off the shelves for infringing patents, according to International Business Times .

This is one of two infringement lawsuits by Apple against Samsung pending in the U.S. District Court in San Jose, California.
