TAMPA - U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents confiscated 5,512 items, including purses, wallets, scarves and perfumes from a van and an office located on the 1400 block of East Fletcher Avenue in Tampa.
The items feature fraudulent trademarks of companies like Coach, Chanel, Tory Burch, Armani, Burberry and more. The suggested retail price of the goods are $1,189,130.
The items belogned to Jin Zheng, a naturalized U.S. citizen from China.
The 39-year-old had been arrested previously for trafficking in counterfeit goods.
