TAMPA - Authorities are searching for the suspect accused of sexually assaulting a female student in her dorm, according to the University of South Florida police.
The victim, who lives in Kappa Hall, told police at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday that she had been sexually battered at her residence just before 7:00 p.m.
The suspect was described as a white male, 18-22 years of age, 5' 8" – 6’0” feet tall, 180 pounds with a muscular build and short black or shaggy brown hair.
He was last seen wearing flip flops, dark green cargo shorts, and a dark gray t-shirt.
The USF police department is investigating the incident.
