TAMPA - Another rape has been reported at the University of South Florida for the second time in three weeks, according to a report in the college newspaper, The Oracle.
The assault happened at Epsilon Residence Hall early Sunday morning.
The rape wasn’t reported until Monday morning, and the parties involved are acquainted, the report states.
The first incident, reported on September 19, happened at a nearby dorm located in Kappa Hall. The suspect from the first rape is still at large. He is described as a white man between 5'10" - 5'11", 180 - 190 pounds.
The two incidents do not appear to be connected.

UPDATE: The National Weather Service says the tornado that hit Moore, Oklahoma, was a top-of-the-scale EF-5 twister with winds of at least 200 mph.
