TAMPA - Hillsborough County detectives are looking suspects who stole some $400,000 in items from a Tampa tobacco store earlier this month.
The theft occurred shortly after midnight on September 22 at the Sweet Time Tobacco Store at 5196 Le Torneau Court.
Once inside the gate, the suspects broke into the store and four business vehicles.
They took large quantities of electronic cigarettes, cigars and other items, according to a sheriff's statement.
The suspects are described as five white or Hispanic males driving a '92-'07 white Ford Club Wagon and a '92-'07 white Ford E250.
The front gate break was captured on surveillance video (below).
Anyone with any information reference these suspects is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 247-8200 or anyone with any information regarding the identity and whereabouts of these suspects and who wants to be eligible for a cash reward is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477), report anonymously online at www.crimestopperstb.com or text "CSTB plus your tip" to C-R-I-M-E-S (274637).
