Tampa trailer destroyed in fire after occupants move out

TAMPA BAY - An empty Tampa trailer was destroyed in a fire a week after a resident moved out Friday morning.

Neighbors say the occupants decided to move out of their trailer, located at  300 block of River Bay Dr in Palm River, because the trailer had electrical problems.

A little over a week later, the fire sparked at the trailer around 3:00 a.m.

Arson has not yet been ruled out. Fire inspectors are investigating the matter, according to officials.
