NEW YORK - A Tampa bound flight skidded off the runway at a New York airport this morning.
Suffolk police say a Southwest flight 4695 skidded of the MacArthur Airport Thursday.
There were 129 passengers on board at the time of the incident, according to a released statement.
WABC reports that the plane, scheduled to depart at 6:15 a.m., took a misturn in the rain, slid off the taxiway and ended up in the mud.
The passengers got of the plane and were taken back to the terminal, where they boarded a replacement plane to Tampa.
No injuries have been reported.
