TAMPA - The Spring of Tampa Bay's youth advisory council will hosted a teen dating violence prevention summit at Christ the King School in South Tampa.
The summit was held at the Mary Matha House from 9 a.m. to 1:30. Leaders discussed the "I Own Me" campaign, which targets teen girls and encourages clubs to implement the program in their schools through Facebook, Twitter and Youtube.
