TAMPA, Fla. - Sean Daly is spending Saturday morning getting a first hand peek at all the frightful fun at ZooBoo at Lowry Park Zoo.
Guests can experience ZooBoo's 13th year of fun and fear with five hair-raising haunts, seasonal lights, free rides, creepy creatures, and eerie adventures for monsters of all ages.
The event features the new "Tangled Terror" trail, which tells the tale of a sci-fi experiment gone awry.
A "skull" rating system of one to seven is assigned to each attraction to indicate the scare factor. Seven is the most intense and is intended for mature audiences. One skull is family-friendly for little boys and ghouls.
Hours are 7-11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 7-10 p.m. on other select nights. Ticket prices: $17 for adults and $14 for children (ages 3-11). Visit the ZooBoo web site for more information.
