TAMPA, Fla. - A man who went missing from his boat in the bay was found dead early Thursday morning.
The victim's boat hit a channel-marker, then hit a seawall, according to reports. The impact ejected the man and the boat may have hit him
Dive teams and other emergency personnel from various local agencies searched the bay between the Howard Frankland and Gandy bridges just offshore from South Tampa.
He was found sometime overnight.
