TAMPA - The popular PBS KIDS TV series Super WHY is coming into the Tampa Bay area on Saturday for its first ever live show.

Super WHY Live vibrantly brings to life Super Why, Alpha Pig, Wonder Red, Princess Presto and their puppy pal Woofster, who each take children on larger-than-life, imagination-stimulating adventures.

The new show is produced by the same team that brought you Spider-Man on Broadway, Yo Gabba Gabba Live!, Rock of Ages: The Musical, and more.

The Super WHY TV series consistently ranks as one of the top-rated programs among parents and children and is the only preschool property created specifically to help kids learn the fundamentals of reading through interactive storybook adventures.

Tickets are still available for the one and only performance on July 28 at 5 p.m. at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts .  Prices start at $24.50. Free child’s lap ticket for children under one year of age.
