Tampa officer, suspect got into fight at 7-11, investigation underway

TAMPA - Officials are investigating after an officer got into a fight with someone at a convenience store overnight, Tampa Police confirm.
The fight happened at a in 7-11 store near the intersection of Bush Blvd. and N. 46 th Street.
The officer called for back-up which caused several patrol cars to respond.
The suspect was tased in order to be subdued and arrested at 11:00 p.m.
No further details were immediately available.
