TAMPA BAY - Prosecutors are expected to call more witnesses in the federal re-trial against Cortnee Brantley.

Brantley is charged with not telling authorities her boyfriend Donte Morris, accused of killing two Tampa officers, was a felon in possession of a gun.

A jury comprised of eight women and five men, one acting as an alternate, were seated on Monday before testimony began.

On Monday, prosecutors showed jurors the dashcam video of the traffic stop where Morris is accused of shooting and killing officers Jeff Kocab and David Curits in June 2010.

Brantley was the driver during the traffic stop.

Prosecutors will need to prove Brantley knew Morris had a gun and intentionally hid that information from authorities.

She faces up to three years in prison if convicted.
