TAMPA - More court drama for Lindsay Lohan's troubled dad Michael.

For three weeks now, the 51 year old has been behind bars for domestic violence charges against his on-again off-again girlfriend and one-time fiancee, Kate Major.

A typically talkative Michael Lohan remained silent in court.

"If you got something you want to say, say it now," said Judge Nick Nazaretian.

"No sir," Lohan replied.

But facial expressions in court to estranged girlfriend Major riled up Judge Nazaretian, with Lohan receiving a tongue-lashing.

"We are not going to do that Mickey Mouse. Stop it! This is not Disney World ok? How old are you. 51? Act like it. I am 52. Don't act like a child," Judge Nazaretian demanded.

Drama didn't end there, with Major announcing the significance of today.

"First of all I would like to say it is my birthday today -- and a year ago, we were worrying about Lindsay," Major said.

The reference to Lohan's famous daughter sparked a look of annoyance from Lohan's reported new girlfriend, Real Housewives of New Jersey Reality star Kim G, who sat right next to Lohan's mom, Marilyn.

Outside the courtroom, Marilyn Lohan said, "I think it was fair. Michael needs to know he needs to stay away from people that he should not be near."

Lohan agreed to four months of residential treatment, a 29 week anger management intervention program, and probation for the next two years.

The judge also sternly ordered no contact with Major.  "Zero. Actually the word is minus zero," Judge Nazaretian said.

And then he had another warning.  "I'll be up here like a big old black cloud watching you. So if you violate, you will come back to this courtroom and deal with me," Judge Nazaretian said.

The judge said it would mean two years behind bars if Lohan violates the probation.

Marilyn feels confident her eldest of four children will abide by the rules and is just breathing a sign of relief this very volatile relationship between Lohan and Major appears to be finally over.

"Thank God, because it was a bad match. Totally bad match. We knew it and everyone told him and he did not listen," Marilyn Lohan said.

Lohan's attorney, Mike Perry, asked if his client could have at least one day to get his personal business in order.

Judge Nazaretian said no way.

Lohan is heading to the treatment facility in Fort Myers immediately.  Lohan's mother and Kim G will personally escort him to his new home.

No word on how Major is celebrating her 29th birthday this year.
