Powerball winner is 84-year-old Gloria C. Mackenzie of Zephyrhills.
Florida lottery officials in Tallahassee say the sole winner of the record $590 million Powerball jackpot has come forward.
The person's identity was not immediately released, but lottery officials said it was a woman from Zephyrhills.
The woman, who took the smaller lump-sum payment option, came to Tallahassee with her son and two attorneys.
A news conference is scheduled for 2 p.m.
The winner will not be present at the announcement, according to lottery officials.
The winning ticket was drawn May 18 and announced on the 19th.
The ticket was purchased at a Publix Supermarket in Zephyrhills.
