TAMPA - A new baked goods business has a unique story behind it.
Glorified Cupcakes was started by Pastor Pedro Gonzalez - also an experienced pastry chef with more than 25 years spent in various upscale hotels in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Gonzalez says he hopes to expand into ten locations by 2012.
The team is made up of people within the Casa del Alfarero church, where Gonzalez is the pastor of an alternative service: Saturday Night Cafe.
A portion of all proceeds go to support the church ministry.
