Deputies investigating bicycle-involved crash, man in critical condition

TAMPA - A bicyclist is in critical condition after getting hit on Fletcher Avenue late Wednesday night.
The crash happened just east of 22nd Street at 11:15 p.m.
Joseph Troutwine, 22, was crossing Fletcher from the south to the north on his bicycle when he rode into the path of an eastbound Honda.
The Honda driver, 23-year-old Anh Thi Hgoc To, hit the bicyclist with the left front portion of his vehicle.
Troutwine was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.
Deputies are investigating the incident.
