TAMPA - If the warm weather is keeping you from getting into the holiday mood then head on over to Christmas Town at Busch Gardens to really get you into the holiday spirit.
For the first time, the park is being transformed into a nighttime holiday wonderland with all the traditional sights and sounds of Christmas.
There are so many new things you can experience:
In SnowWorld, you can make snowman, snow angels or just have fun in the the snow.
You can jump aboard the Christmas Town Express for a Christmas carol sing-a-long on a vintage-style steam locomotive wheels.
At Santa's House, you can visit and take photos with Santa while Mrs. Claus is busy making cookies and the elves are busy in the work shop.
At Penguin Point, you can check out the wild and crazy antics of the park's penguins.
The park has gotten a huge holiday makeover and some portions of the park are barely recognizable.
There are thousands of twinkling lights, live music, special entertainment, festive goodies to eat and lots of holiday shopping. Other highlights include the frozen pathway of Ice Wonder Way, Candy Cane Lane, Miracle way nativity scene, Enchanted Flamingo Valley, Sesame Street Season of Fun, Jingle Bell Junction and Poinsettia Parkway.
Christmas Town runs 6 to 11 p.m. every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, Nov. 30 through Dec. 23.
