TAMPA - If you're a homeowner and in need of loan modification assistance, you have a place to turn this weekend. Bank of America is hosting a free mortgage outreach event at the Tampa Convention Center.
It's all part of Bank of America's commitment to providing assistance to customers who are experiencing financial hardship. Customers can meet face-to-face with home retention specialists to review options for home loan modifications, including the review of loan modification files already in progress, or other alternatives to foreclosure.
The event will run Thursday, November 3 through Saturday, November 5 between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. at the Tampa Convention Center's Central Hall on the 3rd Floor, located at 333 South Franklin Street in Tampa.

Appointments are available from 8:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. daily.
The bank has found more than 30,000 distressed customers in and around the bay area who need help so they are expecting a good turnout.
