ABC Action News joins Metropolitan Ministries to collect school supplies for kids in need

TAMPA - ABC Action News is excited to team up with Metropolitan Ministries program, “Backpacks of Hope”, with the mission of getting school supplies into the hands of kids who need them.

Stop by our studios to drop of your donation on Wednesday, August 15 between 5:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

We're located at 4045 North Himes Ave. in Tampa, Fla.

The following is a list of items needed by students, items in bold are the most important:

New Backpack

Calculator
College Rule Paper
Eraser (block)
12” Ruler
Composition Notebook
10 Pack of Pencils
Highlighter
Pencil Case
Colored Pencils
3 Subject Spiral Notebook
