ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - A mobile home fire that left a dog injured is being investigated by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office Arson Unit.
According to PCSO officials, a mobile at 4189 78th Street North, in the Pine Lane Mobile Home Park, burned Sunday afternoon in unincorporated St. Pete.
Firefighters found a 2- to 3-year-old pit bull named Chloe in the mobile home. The dog was taken to an animal hospital and is expected to recover from unspecified injuries.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
