SEMINOLE - Two men were hospitalized after crashing a pickup truck into a tree in Seminole Wednesday morning.

Authorities are investigating whether alcohol was a factor.

The single vehicle crash happened at the corner of Park Boulevard and 113th Street N. For unknown reasons, the pickup truck was heading west on Park Boulevard, lost control and slid through the intersection.

The vehicle then hit a curb, then the sidewalk before slamming into a tree.

Both men were taken to the hospital, one of them as a trauma alert.

Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
