SUN CITY CENTER, Fla. - After taking custody of a home given to her as part of an estate, a woman found a dead body in a freezer on the back porch of a home in Sun City Center.

Carol Kingsbury had been the caregiver for Allan Dunn for two years.  The home at 201 Kings Boulevard had been given to Kingsbury as part of Dunn's estate after he committed suicide on August 4, 2010.

The estate had been in probate and Kingsbury went  to the residence Tuesday to clean, when she discovered a body in a chest freezer on the back porch of the home.

A preliminary autopsy has confirmed that the body is that of a white female, approximately 78-80 years of age and appears to have been deceased for approximately 10 years.   There does not appear to be any trauma to the body.

The body may possibly be the wife of the suicide victim, Allan Dunn, but that has not been positively confirmed at this time.

Investigators believe that the victim died of natural causes in 2000 and was placed in the freezer which enabled Allan Dunn to continue receiving monetary benefits for his deceased wife.

Investigators continue to work with the Medical Examiners Office to confirm the identity and are attempting to locate any next of kin.
