LAKELAND, Fla. - A man suspected of killing another outside a Manatee County nightclub last May was wounded when members of the US Marshals shot him at a Lakeland home Tuesday.
Two deputy US Marshals and a task force officer were there when and Javier Aguilar, 23, was shot and taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Aguilar is suspected of killing a man in the parking lot of DaVinci's nightclub at 105 Cortez Rd. W., in Bradenton last May.
The shooting is under investigation by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
