BRADENTON, Fla. - From all accounts, the upscale Waterlefe neighborhood in Bradenton is a great place to live.

"It's full of nature, full of golf. It's very unique in that way," said resident Stan Brown.

But a new family moved in with a reputation and a rap sheet.

Remember balloon boy? The flying kid named Falcon, the media frenzy. It all turned out to be a hoax. They lived in Colorado. But now the Heene's are here!

Joe Buccolo and wife Kathy live in Waterlefe too, but had no idea the Heenes were now their neighbors.

"You're kidding! You gotta be kidding me, here?"

Yes Joe here.

"We are going to have flying saucers all over the neighborhood now," said Buccolo.

Before Richard Heene got too settled in his new home, he had to pay a visit to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

As a convicted felon, he registered and got his Florida mug shot Friday morning.

"It's a requirement. If you don't do it, you can be charged with a misdeameanor," said Manatee County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Dave Bristow.

"Sooner or later everyone comes to Florida, kids. Remember that -- come to Florida," said Brown.

The family is living with Richard Heene's mother. At their front door, the only greeting we got was a note that read: "No interviews. But please have some cookies and milk."
