BRADENTON - Police are searching for the suspects who stole over $39,000 worth of jewelry from a Bradenton man’s home late Tuesday night.
Lonard Kesten, 79, told police unknown suspects smashed the rear glass door to his master bedroom and entered his River Club South home on the 10500 block of Cheval Place without setting off the alarm.
The suspect(s) then opened a few drawers, and removed jewelry, including a $30,000 solid 18 karat gold Cartier watch.
A pillow was also taken, possibly taken as a bag to hold the jewelry.
The area near the home was searched, but no suspects or witnesses were found.
