Assistant Principal at Miller Elementary School killed in crash

BRADENTON, Fla. - The assistant principal at Miller Elementary School in Bradenton died Friday, March 15, in a car crash.
School leaders told ABC Action News that Wendy Suarez was well-known throughout the school and held several administrative positions in the Manatee County School District.
Over the weekend, the staff was notified of her sudden death.
Crisis counselors were at Miller Elementary School Monday to help her students and staff cope with the tragedy.
Suarez leaves behind a husband and two step-children.
