WINTER HAVEN, Fla. -
The Winter Haven Police Department has a new member. He's 18 months old, has a mouth full of teeth and he's eager to learn everything he can with his partner.
The department's newest K-9, a Belgian Shepherd pup, is all set and ready to go. Except for one thing. He needs a name.
That's where you come in.
Police are taking suggestions for the little critter, who will work with Officer Mark Frazier.
You can offer suggestions until Friday, August 30, 2013.
Three names will be chosen from the entries and then you can vote a favorite.
Police plan to unveil the name of the pup on Thursday, September 5.
