WINTER HAVEN, Fla. - A junior league hockey coach in Massachusetts has been arrested, after he solicited who he believed to be a 16-year-old Polk County boy online, according to deputies.
Dartmouth State Police arrested 41-year-old Anthony "Tony" DeSilva, a coach for the Massachusetts Maple Leafs, on a Polk County warrant for 10 counts use of computer to seduce a child.
DeSilva was taken into custody Wednesday evening at his home in Acushnet, Massachusetts.
Polk County detectives are in Massachusetts to assist with the arrest and serving of a search warrant.
DeSilva will be transported to Polk County sometime soon.
