TAMPA - The Red Cross is assisting a family of ten after their home was destroyed in a Mulberry fire.
The Polk County Fire Rescue received a call about the house fire, located on 1008 NE 2 nd Street, at 4:20 a.m.
The entire family, four women, three men and three children, ages 2, 7, and 11, were able to leave the home without injuries.
About 75 percent of the home was destroyed, officials said.
The State Fire Marshal is investigating how and where the fire started.
The Red Cross will help the family with lodging and basic necessities.
