LAKELAND, Fla. - Polk County detectives say seven women entered a Lakeland CVS store earlier this month and proceeded load up their purses with baby products and then left without paying.
The sheriff's office released still photos of the suspects as they entered the store at 6105 U.S. Highway 98 North on August 4 around 11 p.m.
According to a statement, the seven women walked to the baby products aisle and "began to fill their large purses with various baby products, such as bottles, food, wipes, disposable diapers, and medication. All seven females then exited the store without attempting to pay for the concealed items."
The women then left in two separate vehicles. One is described as a gold-colored late 90's or early 2000 Cadillac. The other make is unknown and only described as a black four door vehicle.
