LAKELAND, Fla. - The Polk County Sheriff's Office has announced the arrest of a teacher's aide accused on sex charges involving students under his care.

Officials say Curtis Leonard Jiles, 30, turned himself in overnight around midnight Sunday at the Polk County Jail.

An arrest warrant was issued for Jiles in connection to several alleged crimes - including the sexual battery of two male students at Tenoroc High School.  

Officials say Jiles turned himself in overnight around midnight Sunday at the Polk County Jail.

Investigators say Jiles also propositioned two other male students to commit sexual battery and/or prostitution.

Additionally, Jiles allegedly performed oral sex on two students, and paid them to allow him to perform oral sex on them.

The students were reportedly between the ages of 15 and 17 when the alleged acts occurred.

Investigators believe there are more victims who have not come forward yet.
