St. Petersburg woman committed sex acts with minor in her home, deputies say

ST. PETERSBURG - An unemployed Pinellas woman is accused of having a sexual relationship with a boy under the age of 16, according to a sheriff’s office report.
Lauralee Beckham, 26, was busted Thursday after the child’s father notified the authorities about the lewd and lascivious encounters believed to have happened over the last two weeks.
Deputies responded to the father at his St. Petersburg home Thursday.
During the investigation, deputies learned that Beckham had been having consensual sex acts with the victim at her home for the last two weeks.
When Beckham was later questioned, she admitted to the allegations.
She is currently being held at Pinellas County jail on a $10,000 bond.
Authorities don’t suspect that there are any other victims at this time.
