PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. - Pinellas students trying to conceal their academic progress will have a much harder time pulling the wool over their parents' eyes this upcoming school year now that the district is offering PCS Portal .
The PCS (Pinellas County Schools) Portal is an online information tool that gives parents access to information digitally, including test scores and grades.
Parents will be provided with log in information, and once they gain access, they can take a more active role in their child’s education by participating in educational video lessons, and communicating with teachers, for example.
Parents who would need help navigating the PCS Portal can take part in Café 2.1, a half hour one-on-one session with Café 2.1 experts.
Palm Harbor University High School, Maximo Elementary, and Morgan Fitzgerald Middle School are all offering Café 2.1.
For more information, contact Pinellas County Schools at pcsb.org or call (727) 588-6000.
