PINELLAS CO., Fla - Henry Carrar, 28, was arrested Tuesday night after police say they found him dismantling air conditioners hoses at 4421 Iris St. N in order to "huff" the Freon gas.
According to St. Petersburg police, a neighbor thought Carrar was trying to steal her neighbor's air conditioner and called 911.
Carrar is facing grand theft charges and police suspect he tampered with about six other air conditioners in the neighborhood.
Carrar is being held on $4,000 bond.
