TAMPA - He is a prominent attorney based in Pinellas County and considered one of the leading national experts in First Amendment Law.

So, why would Luke Lirot want to sit down with one of the America's most notorious killers?  Find out in this week's 10 Questions:

1.) What is your all time favorite movie or song?
Star Wars- Like Luke Skywalker, I rely on The Force a lot.

2.) Do you have a Smartphone? If so, what's your favorite app?
My cell phone is only a couple of notches above the early “combat walkie-talkie” version.

3.) Who do you count as your mentor(s)?
Jon Denver (no lie) - University of San Francisco Con Law professor- Big Civil Rights educator.
Joe Redner- Stand up for your rights, regardless of the size of your opponent.
The scores of Pinellas and Hillsborough Attorneys whom I have watched over the last 25 years and all have a little magic I learned from.

4.) What was your very first job?
Helping my mom pick out dresses for her dress shop in Clearwater. We would go to NYC in the early 60’s, and I was about seven, but she paid me some change for my input. First “guy job” was digging ditches at 16 (for $.50 an hour), and bus boy, construction worker, jeans salesman, art salesman, advertising rep., sailor (21/2 years).

5.) If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?
Slow down.

6.) What do you consider your greatest success?
Peek-a-Boo v. Manatee County, 2003. This case said that the government had to PROVE that adult clubs caused harm before they regulated them to death.

7.) Tell us something about you most people don't know?
I am a “Frisbeeterian.” We believe that when you die, your soul gets stuck on the roof. Seriously, I play gut crushing heavy metal guitar.

8.) If you could have dinner with any three people, living or dead, who would they be?
Marilyn Monroe, John Lennon, Lee Harvey Oswald (I just gotta know who was on the Grassy Knoll)

9.) What is in your fridge right now?
Packed with healthy stuff; yogurt, lots of fruit juices, lean pockets.

10. If you could have a different career, other then what you're doing now, what would it be?
Something in the arts: musician, painter, poet, author.
