Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker and current Coordinator of Pro Scouting Shelton Quarles will be donning the role of waiter Saturday night.

Quarles is hosting the third annual Celebrity Waiter Night presented by Loews Don CeSar Hotel and Fifth Third Bank to benefit the Shelton Quarles IMPACT Foundation, which provides resources and opportunities for at-risk, single-parent families in the Tampa Bay area.

Other tentative celebrities participating include Ronde Barber, Anthony Becht, Arrelious Benn, Quincy Black, Earnest Graham, Anthony McFarland, Ryan Nece, and Mark Royals.

The evening will include a cocktail reception, hor d'oeuvres and a multi-course dinner served by the celebrities.
