PASCO COUNTy - As Isaac threatens Florida, the threat of another tropical system could mean disaster in Pasco County.

The ground is already saturated and retention ponds are full.

Some people are still recovering from Tropical Storm Debby and the flooding that followed.

Officials say they are doing what they can to be proactive but in some cases there's simply no where for more rain water to go.

County officials have ordered more barricades and say they will pump out flood water wherever possible.
